"Shipping was fine... just slower than I hoped"
I ordered from islandimporter.com and yeah, the package did show up, but it definitely took a bit longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was kind of left wondering where it was for a while? Thankfully, everything arrived in good shape and nothing was damaged. Overall, not a bad experience! I just wish the shipping had been quicker and the tracking was more helpful

"Looked better online than in person"
The shirt looked nice in the pictures, but once I got it, it just felt kind of thin and cheap. The stitching wasn’t great either, like you could tell it was a bit messy up close. Then after one wash, it came out all wrinkled and weird-looking. For the price, I expected better. I wouldn’t buy it again...

"Way too big for the price"
I was disappointed with the sizing on this shirt. It runs huge and fit me like a tent. For what I paid, I expected a much better fit, so I’ll probably be returning it.

"Pretty helpful, which is almost suspicious"
I had to reach out about my order, customer service was actually really helpful. They got back to me, answered my questions, and helped sort things out without making it a whole ordeal. Not saying there’s a secret customer support council pulling strings behind the scenes, but if there is, they did a good job this time.

"Returns feel like dealing with a wall"
I tried to exchange a shirt and it ended up being way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The email replies were really slow, and then I found out I had to pay for shipping again, which was annoying. The whole process had that “no real person there” feeling, like nobody was actually paying attention or trying to help. By the time they finally got back to me, I was just over it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Island Importer again
